All sitting rooms are equipped with freeview televisions with one smart TV, DVD players, radio, Play Station 2, WiFi, fuel and power included within price. Bed linen and towels included in price (please bring own towels for outside use), travel cot and 3 high chairs.

Guest garden with gazebo and garden furniture.

Sorry – no pets, or smoking/vaping inside. 

Hop House is “eco friendly”. Eco cleaning etc products are provided for the start
of guest stays.

No stag or hen parties without owner’s permission.

No commercial bookings, ie re-booking by third parties. Check-in on Fridays.

Charging of electric vehicles not allowed without owner’s permission.
