- Name of head guest, telephone number, email and home address, number of guests, how 
 many adults; number of children; no. of infants to be provided at time of booking.

- No groups where all guests are aged under 18.

- No stag or hen parties without owner’s permission.

- 25% non-refundable deposit payable at time of booking.

- Balance payable no later than a month prior to arrival.

- £400 refundable good house-keeping bond payable within 7 days of arrival:

 repayable after 10 working days from date of leaving.

- Hop House is available Friday to Friday. Check in after 3.30 p.m. Check out by 10 a.m.

- Maximum stay – 28 days.

- Bookings will be confirmed by email upon receipt of the 25% non-refundable deposit.

- Payment of the booking deposit will bind you to our terms and conditions.

- Payments to be made by bank transfer.

- If you book with less than a month’s notice, payment will be required in full upon booking.

- No smoking/vaping inside Hop House. Ashtrays are provided outside

- The maximum capacity is dependent upon accommodation 
 selected.  



- All utility charges [electric vehicle charging needs owners’ permission] are included.

- Eco cleaning etc products provided for the commencement of your stay.

- Hop House and WiFi is not to be used for commercial, illegal, immoral, dangerous, 
 offensive or excessively noisy activities.

- We are not liable for any interruption of services, eg power cuts and breakdown of WiFi.

- Please notify us of any breakages or damages in Hop House as and when they occur. 
- If we deem breakage/damage is severe, the cost of reparation will be deducted from the 
 rebate of the good house-keeping bond.

- Additional cleaning required as a result of breakage/damage will be charged at £ 20 per 
 hour or part thereof and will be deducted from the rebate of the good house-keeping bond.

- Replacement and reparation of breakages are chargeable at our discretion.

- Use of Hop House, it’s car park, garden is at your own risk.

- Key[s] collected on first guest arrival at Hop House. Key[s] to be returned on departure.

- We reserve the right to revoke or refuse any booking.

- We strongly recommend that you take out holiday/travel insurance.

- In case you have to cancel your stay for any reason, please confirm in writing by email no 
 later than a month prior arrival. The deposit is retained by us unless other guests replace 
 your stay subject their occupation being for a period no less than the original period.

- In the unlikely event of us having to cancel your booking for any reason, we will notify you 
 as soon as possible and refund any payments made in full.
